The stamp uses convex and convex mechanisms that allows the pieces to be fitted together both vertically and horizontally, so you can create a stamp for any month of the year. However, we have found that it works best if you first stack the pieces in one direction first, then connect them in the opposite direction (eg first connect the pieces horizontally, thenstack them vertically).
